Spectrum College is a CRICOS-registered training provider delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the following qualifications at our Burwood Campus:

• BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
• BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and assess training in line with ASQA and CRICOS standards.
• Provide engaging classroom and/or online delivery.
• Assess student work provide constructive feedback and support student progression.
• Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training and assessment practices.

Requirements (Essential):

• Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent with necessary upgrades).
• BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
• BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management
• Recent and relevant industry experience in leadership/management roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and CRICOS requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.

Desirable:

• Previous experience training international students.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and blended delivery.
