TRAINER AND ASSESSOR AGEING SUPPORT

Global Healthcare Management College is a Registered Training Organisation based in Broadmeadows. Currently, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our dynamic team to deliver and assess the following courses:

  • CPC31220 - Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining
  • CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
  • RII50520 - Diploma of Civil Construction Design
  • BSB50820 - Diploma of Project Management
  • CPC32320 - Certificate III in Stonemasonry

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Hold the relevant vocational qualification to teach (equivalent or higher)
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) including LLN units (or willing to proceed for qualification)
· Relevant/current industry experience

Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging and interactive face to face training according to training plans
  • Monitor & support student progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, professional delivery & required assessment of all registered students
  • Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and professional growth
  • Conducting practical skills sessions
  • Maintain accurate and thorough student records and assessment documentation
  • Assist with industry validation of the program
  • Possess time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with timetables
  • Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment
