Preparing our students for a fulfilling career! Qualifications and experience in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services would be a requirement. The opportunity Ongoing casual role offering one day per week - share your hands on knowledge and experience to empower our students to fulfil their career aspirations. Use your current training experience and play a part in developing people's careers Be able to impart not just the theory, but real-life stories of workforce experiences Be part of a national training company and supportive team You will enjoy taking the time to communicate a message in different styles and approaches to ensure your message is received by a range of learners You will have an inclusive and supportive approach to people Play a part in your local community to assist students in gaining the right skills so they can get the right job Casual position - 1 day per week (face to face) About you Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Aged or Disability Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy trainingExcellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area Relevant qualifications and industry currency (please place your currency on your resume for reference) Next step - Apply now!
