OUR TEAM Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team plays a vital role in supporting the Australian Defence Force through the storage, distribution, maintenance, and disposal of explosive ordnance across Australia. YOUR ROLE As a Trainer & Assessor specialising in Explosive Ordnance, you’ll empower others by delivering essential training to prepare them for critical roles. Your responsibilities include assessing, developing, and refining training programs, maintaining compliance with Defence standards, and fostering a positive learning environment that celebrates diversity. Based at our Orchard Hills site (on Darug land), your focus will be on: Designing and delivering engaging, structured training programs Conducting assessments across multiple locations Continuously updating training content to industry and Defence standards Upholding Security Protocols and promoting inclusive learning Ensuring fair, validated assessment outcomes YOUR EXPERIENCE Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience Proven expertise in Explosive Ordnance or related fields Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in Defence or logistics is highly desirable WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
