Description:
We seek an energetic Trainer and Instructional Designer with strong communication skills and expertise in training delivery and curriculum development. As a consultant for 6-9 months, you will play a key role in delivering impactful virtual and on-site training for Cloudinary’s customers, empowering them to optimize their image and video management efforts. This role is pivotal in fulfilling our customer obligations, supporting growth in existing accounts, and enhancing the adoption of Cloudinary products.
You will also leverage your instructional design skills to shape and adapt engaging, effective training content tailored to our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design and Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging, user-focused training content, including ILT and vILT, applying adult learning principles to align with customer use cases and Cloudinary product offerings.
- Training Delivery: Deliver tailored training sessions, both on-site and virtually, to diverse global audiences, ensuring mastery of Cloudinary products like Programmable Media and Cloudinary Assets.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep expertise in Cloudinary’s products to address customer questions confidently and refine training content based on the latest product updates and use cases.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to integrate customer challenges and goals into impactful training solutions.
- Performance and Impact Assessment: Measure training program success through product adoption and usage metrics, providing actionable feedback to improve curriculum and delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple training projects and their associated timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring seamless integration with other Customer Success initiatives for the customers.
