Trainer & Assessor Opportunities – Aptitude College (Gosford, NSW)
Pending ASQA approval

Aptitude College Pty Ltd, an upcoming Registered Training Organisation (pending ASQA approval) based in Gosford, NSW, is seeking qualified and passionate Trainers & Assessors to deliver training in the following nationally recognised qualifications:

  • CPC30220 – Certificate III in Carpentry
  • CPC30620 – Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
  • CPC50220 – Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
  • BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

About the Roles:
We are looking for industry-experienced professionals who are either currently active in their trade/field or have strong, relevant work experience. Trainers will be engaged for 20 hours per week per qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and assess training in line with ASQA standards and training package requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain session plans, learning resources, and assessment tools.
  • Support student learning and progression through mentoring and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with all RTO and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated industry experience in the qualification area.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-focused training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring compliance standards are met.
