Our Certificate IV in Community Services program is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Trainer & Assessor to support learners on their journey. You’ll play a key role in helping students succeed - guiding them through course content, running weekly live Q&A sessions, providing 1:1 support, assessing their work, and sharing your industry expertise to keep our learning materials relevant and engaging.

• Facilitate weekly live online Q&A/support sessions.
• Provide 1:1 learner support as requested.
• Respond to student queries through the LMS messaging system.
• Mark assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to improve course content and assessment tools.
• Participate in validation activities as required.
