Reporting to the Supervisor Training, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing and delivering targeted training programs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Working collaboratively with operational teams, you will drive continuous improvement by executing training programs that upskill our people and ensure ongoing competence across the site.   If you are someone who enjoys supporting the development of others, values sharing your knowledge, and is committed to making a positive difference to safety and performance, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.   Duties: Delivery of existing training modules to maintainers and operators of all process plant electrical equipment including Siemens, VSD’s, protection relays and HV Switchgear Upskill electricians with fault finding, calibrating instrumentation, commissioning of equipment Provide knowledge and understanding in control systems PLC’s with the ability to be able to adapt to site base software and databases Contribute to the development of training documentation, safe work procedures, standard operating procedures, guidelines and manuals Drive continuous improvements and identify areas that team members require additional support Monitor, update and maintain training needs analysis and records for employee’s recording in learning management systems Ensure compliance to safety initiatives, policies and procedures in accordance with Health & Safety legislation   Skills and Experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or working towards A Grade Electrical License and Electrical trade qualifications Proven experience delivering training programs and conducting assessments Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple deadlines effectively Confident in using learning management systems to support training delivery and competency management Open “C” Class Manual Licence or above Certificate III/IV Instrumentation, High Risk Works desirable   Mine Facilities Modern, comfortable camp accommodation High quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options) Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for females Heated outdoor swimming pool Beach Volleyball court and Golf simulators Village shop and extensive supporting amenities SWIFT in-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capability Active social club with community events and activities for employees Lifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your family   About Hancock Iron OreThe world of iron ore is evolving, and so are we. Atlas Iron and Roy Hill have joined forces to become Hancock Iron Ore, building on our combined strengths of resilience and innovation.    Our portfolio of world-class iron ore operations located in West Australia’s Pilbara region has a strong history of delivering reliable products for our customers in key international markets.
