About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Functional Skills Trainer to join our team. As a Functional Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for providing instruction and support to individuals seeking to develop and enhance their functional skills in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and information technology. Your role will involve delivering engaging training sessions (both accredited and non-accredited) assessing learners’ progress, and providing personalised guidance to help them achieve their learning goals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Delivery will be a across various locations within Tees Valley, therefore a willingness to travel across the region as often as is required is essential.
