ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Trainer & Assessor, you’ll deliver engaging, professional training across genU’s diverse course offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training
  • Coordinating student work placements
  • Contributing to assessment design and review
  • Conducting initial client training needs assessments
  • Ensuring a positive experience for students and stakeholders

Success in this role requires more than just technical knowledge — it calls for a genuine connection with learners and the ability to support them through their unique challenges. You’ll play a key role in empowering jobseekers by fostering confidence, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs, and guiding them towards long-term success in the workforce.
