Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Supervisors and Coordinators to develop and implement annual training plans.
  • Developing and maintaining training procedures, manuals, and competency assessments.
  • Coordinating and delivering mechanical training programmes, including travel and accommodation.
  • Supporting safety compliance by delivering HSEC training and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing on-site training during shutdowns and assisting with incident investigations.
  • Monitoring and reporting training progress to maintain departmental skills and competencies
