JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Primary Classroom Trainer for multiple applications
  • Maintains the physical classroom spaces to make sure they present a professional and friendly environment.
  • Responsible for training materials upkeep, making sure that everything is ready and available when end users come to class.
  • Work with different skill levels of adult learners
  • Manage training schedules
  • Conduct user needs assessment and evaluate knowledge retention
  • Assist in the creation of tools to make the process more efficient and accurate
  • Protects data integrity and validity
  • Follows policies and procedures to respect the internal or external client’s expectations
  • Comply with company policies regarding attendance and dress code

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to collaborate with management team
  • Ability to meet deadlines on a recurring basis
  • Ability to report training data to relevant authority, using provided tools
  • Ability to travel to client site as needed
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time in the classroom
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver
  • Working knowledge of voice recognition software
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate with team lead or principal trainer to troubleshoot application problems or training and implementation challenges
  • Prepared to innovate by employing tools to enhance the end-user learning experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology or related)
  • Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, E-mail and PowerPoint
  • Effective presentation and classroom management skills
  • Effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills
  • Minimal implementation and/or support experience.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • With ACTA / ACLP certificate
