ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operator Trainer to ensure all production operators are trained and assessed to a high standard of competency. This role supports safe, efficient, and compliant machinery operation across the site and contributes to audit readiness. You will also play a key role in the onboarding process ensuring site inductions and training plans are developed and tracked to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update the training matrix daily.
• Plan and communicate weekly assessments with line managers.
• Deliver refresher training following incidents or changes.
• Develop standardized training materials and machine-specific assessments.
• Design and implement a repeatable induction programme for new starters.
• Collaborate with HSE, Quality, and Production teams to align training with standards.
• Continuously improve training processes using feedback and ISO 9001 principles.
