Position: Trainer
Shift: Between Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm mainly but must be flexible timing based on training needs.
Pay: $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead the focus on improved productivity levels in a manner that first stresses effectiveness by improving processes and secondly stresses the efficiency of associate work
  • Deliver associate onboarding and training for all job functions
  • Maintain Train the trainer status for MHE and develop best practices and improvements to safety training and site SOP’s
  • Provide technical writing resources to ensure accurate Work Instructions are developed and maintained for all processes
  • Ensure all regulatory and customer safety requirements are incorporated into company policies and associates are appropriately trained
  • Develop and implement new training and documentation in order to improve the Site’s compliance as outlined in the site SOP’s and quality assurance, GMP’s and safety guidelines
  • Develop, coordinate, and/or conduct job-specific and process training programs to ensure associates are trained on their job functions
  • Manage procedure development and ensure document control standards are in place and maintained
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and effectively implemented (i.e. accounting, operational, safety, regulatory and administrative)
  • Ensure the associates have proper access to the necessary tools/equipment to perform their assigned duties and that the tools/equipment are routinely inspected and maintained
  • Further develop facility maintenance and sanitation programs in support of Health Canada requirements
  • Maximize quality and productivity by understanding job standards for each function, and evaluating performance variances in order to identify root cause and corrective action
  • Supervise operational shifts on a weekly basis, including execution of tasking and dock office job functions
  • Ensure/assist Shift / Daily / Weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished (i.e. staffing, equipment and space)
  • Participate in the completion of workshop action plans, projects and best practice sharing/implementation
  • Must be available to work any shift schedule as require
