Trainer (Hybrid)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three years relevant work experience with bachelor’s degree required OR five years relevant work experience with no degree required
  • Prior RCM Client Billing experience strongly preferred
  • Prior RCM systems knowledge strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and deliver training presentations to employees strongly preferred
  • Prior training or mentor experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop quick rapports and present Labcorp to new employees in an energetic and professional manner strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver and implements appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives. The ability to evaluate new, presently existing, and proposed training methodologies, deliver training materials, and plans, and deliver training at a high organizational level. Provides training and orientation of new labcorp employees.
Conduct training programs for the company with a large portion of this for Client Billing. May track and analyze training programs by examining participants’ job performance. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Meet with operational management and make recommendation for new training material.
