They will update, prepare and present training as required. During training, the Trainer’s will be responsible for taking attendance and working with management on any disciplinary issues. As a member of the Operations team, the Trainer will support the Operations Manager as necessary. To provide initial and re-training for studio Online Casino Dealers and Shufflers To prepare and update the training material/sessions and take full responsibility re quality and content of its Inform the technical department and the other departments concerned of any occurrences of any kind of system Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the training program to your manager Attend meeting, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees To create and schedule in new training groups To attend and assess the trainee’s examination To fill in Training Documents and reports To coordinate and hold re-training sessions in order to improve the quality of work To work closely with the office manager in regard to uniform orders, inventory and related paperwork Qualifications Experience in Trainer's position will be a merit Good communication and presentation skills A high sense of responsibility, motivation and determination Training and/or coaching experience is considered as strong merit Land based casino experience considered as an advantage An Intermediate level of computer skills The ability to work as part of a team At least secondary education Additional Information Benefits: Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Annual Salary ($42k-$45k depending on experience) Employee Referral Program Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Plans Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance Commuter Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Nationwide Employee Discount Program Full Training & Growth Opportunities Professional and personal development – for the right person there is opportunity for the role to grow in responsibility All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #EVOMIL
