The Trainer, FirstChoice Operations, reports directly to the Senior Manager, Training and Quality and is a key member of FirstChoice Operations Training and Quality team. The Team is responsible for supporting CFS with delivery of administration activities either directly, or through a partnership with an Outsourced Supplier/s. The Trainer, FirstChoice Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our organisation’s products and services through the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs and robust quality assurance processes. This role combines coaching, instructional design, and quality management to uphold the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
