TRAINER – FIXED PLANT
We are looking for a Trainer – Fixed Plant that has the right mindset, values, and behaviours to build the capability of our people. This role is a great opportunity for people who are passionate about unlocking human capability, building a diverse culture, and supporting safe productivity.
You’ll bring strong communication skills with the ability to work as a collaborative team member within Capability Development, as well as with our Fixed Plant stakeholders and step up to support the People Experience function when required.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, supported by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work on 8 days on, 6 days off based roster with flexible working arrangements which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people
