Summary
We are looking for a “Trainer for Radar Systems TRML-4D (f/m/d)” for the “Documentation & Training Ulm” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The “Documentation & Training Ulm” department deals with logistical analyses, the creation of technical documentation and the implementation of customer training courses.
In order to ensure the safe operation of the systems supplied by HENSOLDT, training courses are held for the customer’s operating and maintenance personnel.

Your Tasks

• Development of individual course concepts for modern radar systems based on project-specific requirements
• Creation of target group-oriented course documents
• Coordination, preparation and execution of technical trainings and product trainings in German and English language
• Tracking of technical changes and corresponding updates of training materials
• Assist in the creation and verification of operating and maintenance manuals
• Willingness for national and international business trips lasting several weeks is required

Your Profile

• Technical qualification according to DQR 6 (technician, master craftsman) or higher, preferably in the field of communication technology, technical training or comparable
• Knowledge of radar systems or communication technology is desirable
• Ability to didactically prepare and present complex technical issues and contexts
• Very good didactic and rhetorical skills
• Independence, assertiveness and openness
• Confidence and skill in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
