ENS Recruitment have been established for over 30 years, dealing with recruitment and training of staff in the health and social care sector. We are recruiting for a part time Trainer at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. This is a part time permanent role (14 hours per week, with scope to increase dependent on business needs). The Trainer will deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant face-to-face and virtual training to ENS Care staff and external clients. This role enhances learners’ knowledge, skills, and performance through tailored training and development initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Note that you will need your own transport.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering training in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Administration of Medication.
  • Level 3 Instructor Certificate in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Administration of Medication.
  • Experience writing, updating, and adapting training course material.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
