Qualifications Requirements: • Degree in any discipline Minimum Relevant Work Experience• 1 years customer service experience Minimum Training Required• Fast learner and independent Skills• Minimum bi-lingual proficiency.• Language proficiency in English is mandatory • Related experience is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications• Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training• Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset• Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills• Organizational and time management abilities• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Design effective training programs.• Prepare training materials. • Conduct training and refreshers.• Support and mentor new employees.• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.• Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.• Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.
