At Resolv.Global, we are seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our team, dedicated to developing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record in training facilitation. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various departments. Conduct training sessions in in-person settings effectively. Assess training needs and create customized content to address these needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with company goals. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a training or instructional design role. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field. Proven ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern educational tools. Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
