As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Trainer to join the MS Solutions team. About the Role As a Trainer, reporting to the VP of Technology and Innovation, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative training programs focused on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot agents. You will collaborate with all MSP Corp teams, working within a network of colleagues and clients with diverse needs. Through your expertise and hands-on approach, you will actively contribute to the evolution of our training offerings and to enhancing our clients’ capabilities across the country. * Location: Montreal * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week * Work Mode: Hybrid * Language: Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written – essential) What You Will Do * Create and develop training programs on innovative Microsoft 365 technologies in various formats * Design and deliver client training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, highlighting practical, business-relevant use cases * Develop impactful training content, write engaging scripts, and deliver sessions professionally * Be open to feedback and continuously improve audio and visual productions * Facilitate training sessions tailored to targeted audiences, both virtually and in person * Actively engage with participants and provide accurate, relevant answers to their questions * Continuously enhance the training offering: update content, create dynamic assessments, produce new videos, and drive continuous improvement * Contribute to building a national training structure across MSP Corp * Support clients with hands-on guidance for specific Microsoft 365 use cases. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 user or integrator * Hands-on experience with multiple applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem * Strong interest or experience in training on Microsoft 365 Copilot agents * Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, its structure, and interactions * Proficiency with PowerPoint and Clipchamp to create visually engaging presentations * Strong project management discipline to optimize efficiency and coordination * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer working with diverse audiences * Excellent interpersonal adaptability and ability to adjust to various professional environments * High emotional intelligence to understand group dynamics and build strong connections * Passion for customer service, turning every interaction into an opportunity for excellence * Strong autonomy, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset * Ability to independently manage training planning and client relationships from end to end * Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English.
