As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Trainer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions that enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees and clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our products and services.
Your primary focus will be to develop training materials and deliver engaging instruction that caters to various learning styles. You’ll work collaboratively with different teams to identify training needs, create targeted training programs, and assess the impact of your training initiatives. With your passion for education and proficiency in instructional techniques, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement at Neostella.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in a training or educational role, preferably in software or technology-driven industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Expertise in developing training materials and utilizing various instructional methods.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training techniques to meet diverse learning styles.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and schedules.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.
  • Passion for teaching and a positive attitude towards continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs on Neostella products and services for both internal staff and external clients.
  • Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
  • Conduct needs assessment and evaluations to tailor training sessions to specific audiences.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions that promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing among participants.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging training methodologies to keep programs relevant and engaging.
