Hadet Healthcare are a supported living organisation looking for a trainer/PBS practitioner.
As a trainer you will be expected to deliver a wide range of specialist learning, supporting new staff at induction through to refreshing the knowledge and skills of existing staff in topics such as positive behaviour support and person specific conditions.
This role is unique as we are looking for someone with a passion for delivering great coaching / training - we will invest in you and support your professional development through specialist training qualifications.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainer with PBS experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working within the care sector and possess the ability to create engaging and educational training programmes. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that participants develop the necessary skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working within the care sector is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of learners.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.
• Relevant qualifications in a related field would be advantageous but are not mandatory.

• Develop and implement training programmes tailored to ensure they are engaging and appropriate.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and activities that promote skill development and learning.
• Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive training approach.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants during training sessions.
• Stay updated on best practices in education and training methodologies.
