REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire children and adults.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.Willingness and enthusiasm to travel to various preschools and event locations in Singapore.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator in early childhood settings.
• Proficiency in developing training resources or curriculum design.
• Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse communities.Familiarity with STEAM or play-based learning approaches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops for preschool educators, children, and parents, both onsite and offsite.
• Develop, adapt, and implement training materials that align with Preschool Market’s educational standards and values.
• Foster positive, supportive learning environments that encourage participation, creativity, and growth.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous programme improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Represent Preschool Market at community events, school visits, and outreach initiatives, requiring local travel.Stay updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education to ensure high-quality training delivery.
