Description

Training supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop Trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery. Oversee onboarding, refresher, and continuous education programs. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, learner performance, and operational results. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps. Ensure training materials, assessments, and documentation remain accurate and up to date. Track and report training metrics, attendance, certifications, and completion rates. Support nesting, coaching, and transition activities from training to production. Promote employee engagement and a positive learning environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training department. Requirements English proficiency of 90% or above (written and spoken B2+/C1 preferred). Previous experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or Leadership roles. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience analyzing performance metrics and training results. Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Flexibility with schedules and business needs. Consistent performance metrics during the last 3 months. Preferred Competencies Leadership and team development. Coaching and mentoring mindset. Training program management. Data analysis and decision-making. Adaptability and continuous improvement. Effective communication and stakeholder management.
