Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Coordination Team Lead on full-time hours. As a Trainer Support Specialist, you’ll have a direct impact on identifying the most suitable trainer profile for each language program request and achieving the highest possible level of performance by providing pedagogical and technological guidance. Collaborating with our Trainer Management team, you’ll play an essential role in: Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to onboard and offboard trainers in line with internal workflows Assign trainers to clients’ programs based on profile and availability, acting as the main point of contact for the trainer pool Provide program details, resolve inquiries, and maintain fluid communication with internal teams across the company Support and mentor trainers, offering guidance, onboarding assistance, and updates on platform features and Learnlight methodology Identify and address performance-related issues, providing feedback to the Coordination Team as needed Follow workflows and procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate course and trainer information on the online platform What You'll Offer Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education) with 2-3 years of experience in language training, including at least 2 years of teaching experience At least B2 level in Dutch, both spoken and written, advanced English required Familiarity with e-learning platforms, digital training tools, and strong command of Microsoft Office and other relevant software Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively and handle challenging situations professionally Ability to analyze data, evaluate trainers’ capabilities, and identify areas for improvement Ability to manage tight deadlines efficiently What We Offer Work-Life Balance: Benefit from our remote work from home culture, with options to collaborate with colleagues in regional offices (if applicable). Responsibilities

The specialist will identify the most suitable trainer for each language program request and provide pedagogical and technological guidance to ensure high performance. Key duties include collaborating on trainer onboarding/offboarding, assigning trainers based on profile and availability, and acting as the main point of contact for the trainer pool.
