DP World are seeking a Trainer (Warehouse Operations and HSEQ) for our brand new multi user contract logistics site in Coventry. In this role you will execute trainings across operational warehouse processes, health and safety / MHE standards and ensure all training is documented and recorded effectively. Strong warehouse operations experience is essential along with some exposure to training/inducting staff. About the role Provides employee training related to operational and HSEQ based on company standards Deliver training during the onboarding process for new employees regarding operations and HSEQ standards Provides cover and support to the Supervising Manager in respect of all operational and HSEQ trainings or retraining’s during Launch phase Liaises with all departments of the company and ensures smooth cooperation Effectively deliver company standards regarding safe operation of MHE Cooperates in the training and development of senior staff and management Provides advice and service to management on training and education Processes training documentation and management of training matrix Collaborates in the training of employees as well as in the preparation of new employees for their work ensure HSEQ standards are achieved Support all Business as usual activities as required outside Launch activities Your Key Skills: Excellent operational experience of 5 years + working in logistics conducting training activities Expert knowledge and application of SOP's or SSOW Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S etc. Proven knowledge of HSE and Quality standards Knowledge/understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Train the Trainer qualification preferred Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization. Responsibilities

The Trainer will execute training across operational warehouse processes, health and safety, and MHE standards, ensuring all training is effectively documented and recorded. This includes delivering onboarding training and supporting the Supervising Manager during the launch phase for operational and HSEQ retraining.
