JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in TCM principles, coupled with expertise in delivering effective training programs for healthcare professionals. As a TCM Physician/Therapist Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the clinical and therapeutic skills of practitioners through targeted training initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
• Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
