Job Description

We are looking for an Administration Officer to work closely with our Administration and Corporate Services Team.

  • Customer Service (Including all incoming and outgoing calls)
  • Student Management and data entry
  • Assisting learners through the enrolment process including collection of paperwork and evidence
  • Support trainers with student enquiries
  • Assistance with uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System
  • Ordering of training resources for schools and trainers
  • Provide overall administration support to training team
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • RTO experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience within Business Administration
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to problem solve and work independently
  • A high level of initiative
