Project/Position Introduction Overview MAX Solutions Ltd has been registered as an RTO since 1998. MAX Solutions (0667) delivers a variety of accredited courses ranging from Short Courses up to Certificate III in a number of Training Packages. Due to a recent growth we are seeking a fun, energetic and experienced RTO administration officer to join our Administration team on a full-time basis. About the role Based at our head office at Eight Miles Plains the role of RTO Administration Officer will support a range of Administration that support the RTO. You will be passionate about the whole lifecycle of the student journey, supporting all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion. This includes (but not limited to) taking enquiries and support both potentials students and referral agencies, processing of enrolments, processing enrolment amendments and completions which result in certificate issuances. You will attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given timeframes. MAX Solutions is looking for someone who is driven with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing and show initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes are reached. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same. About you Minimum of two years working in an Administration and customer service role, within an RTO in the vocational education and training sector Experience using Student and Learning Management Systems A positive can do attitude Willingness to grow and expand A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Working with Children Blue Card is required.
