Description
Overview We are looking for a part-time Training Administrator to join our team in Chawston. You will support the coordination of training bookings and manage records, helping to ensure all staff remain compliant.• 25 to 30 hours per week • £30k FTE What you'll be doing As part of the wider People function, you will assist with other People and Talent administration tasks where required. • With support from the Training Coordinator, become the first point of contact for all Training related enquiries to provide outstanding service to the business. • Manage a RAG report, reviewing expiring training, booking courses, and ensuring attendance. • Drive compliance through ensuring mandatory training completion meets 100% compliance • Record booked training courses on our LMS, PeopleHR system and Training Costings, and ensure clear joining instructions are provided to delegates. • Conduct weekly reminders of upcoming training and assist with cancellations and rescheduling. • Process certificates, maintaining accurate records and posting qualifications to employees. • Administer and maintain all records on our online training platform, iHASCO, as well as creating and distributing status reports to all offices.
