JOB DESCRIPTION

CEDA is looking for a Training Administrator based out of our Edmonton, Alberta office. This position is to help support our 2025 Turnaround season.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help coordinate new employee onboarding. You will organize and schedule, employee orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • You will maintain accurate records by overseeing record-keeping tasks with a focus on data integrity, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Serving as the main point of contact for new hire inquiries, assisting with orientation-related questions, documenting HSE training, and other onboarding procedures
  • Supporting various administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • All other administrative duties as required

Role Specifications:

  • 1-2 years administration experience
  • Prior training experience would be an asset
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to pick up new systems
