ROLE SUMMARY
The Board of Directors of Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion are committed to appointing the very best staff who achieve excellence in their work. Working to the values and behaviours that underpin the strategic plan and business of the institution, the College seeks staff that display creativity and innovation, whilst driving their own performance, and the performance of others, to provide the very best experience and service to learners.
The College is part of the B-Wbl Consortium and thus works with a number of partners to plan, develop and evaluate work-based learning as a group of Further Education Colleges and Training Providers. This Consortium is led by Pembrokeshire College.
This is an exciting role designed to support the on-going delivery of apprenticeship programmes across the business. You will provide support by ensuring that the quality of programmes meets the required standards both internally and externally to provide the very best experience and service to our learners.
The apprenticeship unit sits within the Business Development and Innovation (BDI) section within the college. The BDI actively works to meet the needs of the region’s employers, supporting skills and innovation across a range of projects and funding streams. You will be expected to engage with all stakeholders to ensure excellent relationships are both maintained and grown.
