Lifestyle friendly 8:6 roster (Residential or FIFO) Opportunity to shape training quality, structure and consistency across site Cert IV in Training & Assessment essential   The Opportunity: You’ll make a meaningful impact by designing, developing and continuously improving training and competency materials that reflect real‑world work practices.   This isn’t a traditional training delivery role. Instead, it’s a hands‑on opportunity to build, refine and bring structure to evolving training processes, ensuring they remain practical, relevant and fit for purpose.   Working closely with operational teams, you’ll collaborate, contribute and innovate to support consistent, high‑quality training outcomes across the site.   This role is offered on 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth, or residential for Kalgoorlie/Kambalda residents.
