Training Analyst – Government Software Implementation
Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – Local Preferred)
Local to Sacramento or able to travel 1–2 times/month at own expense (some back-to-back days)

Preferred: Experience with software implementation or business integration projects
We’re looking for a Training Analyst to turn process maps and procedure lists into clear SOPs and engaging training materials for a government software business integration project. You’ll work closely with project teams in Agile sprints, using Jira to track progress, and develop Word documents, PowerPoint decks, and graphics that make complex workflows easy to follow.
What You’ll Do:
Convert business workflows into SOPs, job aids, and training guides
Create visually clear presentations and graphics
Collaborate with stakeholders in sprint cycles to ensure accuracy and usability
Track work and manage updates using Jira
Support training delivery and documentation updates
What We’re Looking For:
Experience on government projects (state/local)
Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and graphic creation
Experience working in Agile sprints and with Jira
Ability to translate complex processes into clear instructions
