Job Title : Training Analyst-1099 Role
Compensation : Commensurate with Experience
Project Duration : Multi Year
Location: Downtown Houston (Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday onsite)

JOB SUMMARY

The Training Analyst plays a key role in ensuring business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and capabilities that are being delivered as part of a multi-year digital transformation project. This role is responsible for assisting in identifying, designing, developing, coordinating, and tracking training activities to support successful change across the organization under the direction of an experienced change management lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a training/learning, HR, or communications content development role
  • Strong experience developing content in multiple formats (video, written job aids, presentations, etc.)
  • Ability to translate technical or process content into user-friendly learning materials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
  • Experience with instructional design or curriculum development
  • Certification in training, instructional design, or project management (e.g., CPTD, PMP)
  • Previous experience in change management for major IT transformations
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation models
Responsibilities
  • Assist in Identify Training Needs: Partner with change lead to assess training and delivery method based on role changes, new systems, and process redesigns.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create user-friendly training content (quick reference guides, process walkthroughs, short video demos, and job aids) aligned to process maps and changes in user roles.
  • Coordination & Delivery: Coordinate and support the delivery of training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
  • Training Tracking & Reporting: Maintain training records, participation data, and progress toward training plan. Track post-training feedback and sentiment from participants to report on training effectiveness. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest interventions.
