Description
SAIC has an immediate need for a Training Analyst to support the Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) Team located in Huntsville, Alabama.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supports Software and Test teams as a member of early testing of product capability during integration to examine user workflows and behavior
• Reviews and provides feedback on training material and related documentation
• Conducts pre-flight software and equipment checks and prepares charts for live test readiness reviews and user training events
• Able to brief management, stakeholders, and users for planned training events, demonstrations, and test events
• Coordinates schedule with customer, user, and range personnel and travel to support live training and test events
• Documents and works to resolve all complex problems and reports on problem resolution to management
  Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and zero (0) years of relevant experience; six (6) years of additional experience in lieu of a degree (per contract vehicle)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Capable of developing training materials and presentations
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
