Description
SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC) on the Customer Experience and Innovation/User Education & IT Training team Responsible for maintaining applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. Travel estimate for this position is less than 10%25 of the time, but travel may be required to meet customer requirements THIS POSITION IS REMOTE AND CAN BE WORKED ANYWHERE IN WITHIN THE US. Responsibilities: Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material. End user training material development (traditional and video formats). ILT course analysis. ILT course development. Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement. Web based training (traditional and video formats). Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed. Review and process timesheets. Complete weekly report. Disseminate monthly training schedule. Deliver ILT. Facilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessions. Develop internal SOPs. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's and four years or more of related experience. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree. Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced support role. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust. Desired Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline 360. Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting CBT’s into a learning management system. Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT). Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model. Ability to work under a tight deadline. Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and positive with excellent problem solving skills.
