Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.   In this role, you'll:   Design, develop, and deliver training and operational readiness initiatives to prepare stakeholders for the successful implementation of the RegSTAR program.Conduct training needs analyses to identify capability uplift requirements across impacted stakeholder groupsDesign and develop learning materials, including training guides, user documentation, and support resourcesCreate and deliver engaging training content tailored to different audiencesSupport operational readiness and change management activities to enable smooth program adoptionMap customer and user journeys and translate them into effective learning experiencesFacilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholdersThis is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position based at the Macquarie Park office, with hybrid working arrangement.
