As our Training and Development Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of creative learning experiences that help our team thrive. You’ll be the go-to for performance management coaching, leadership development, and all things training and development — ensuring every employee has what they need to succeed and shine. What You'll Do Design, lead and evaluate training and development programs that align with organizational goals and inspire growth. Manage the performance management process including training employees and leaders on tools, feedback, and goal alignment. Coach leaders to build high-performing teams through consistent feedback, coaching conversations, and development planning. Partner with departments to create customized training and development initiatives for technical, leadership, or soft-skill needs. Measure and improve the impact of performance and training and development programs to ensure continuous improvement. Requirements 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years developing and delivering in-house training and development programs A customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate organizational needs into meaningful learning strategies Strong project management skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines A coaching style that builds trust, accountability, and results Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills — and a passion for collaboration Bonus Points For: Bachelor's degree or certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, APTD, etc. Experience in human resources Service and team oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and progressive environment If you're ready to help build a workplace where people grow, leaders thrive, and purpose drives everything we do, apply today to join our team!
