Key Responsibilities * Conduct annual skills gap analysis and develop the training plan and budget. * Select, evaluate, and manage training providers (internal/external). * Oversee training delivery, logistics, reporting, and ONFPP funding applications. * Coordinate end-to-end performance management: job descriptions, objectives, mid-year and annual reviews.  * Identify high performers and propose development actions. * Support recruitment and onboarding processes; maintain talent pipelines.  * Monitor probation evaluations and internship programs. * Ensure compliance with HR audit requirements, RCSA reviews, and documentation standards. * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. * Analytical skills and ability to manage budgets. * Initiative, creativity, and strong problem‑solving ability. * Empathy and effective interpersonal skills.  * Confidentiality * High-level of integrity
