As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Training and Development specialist who can join in our H.R Team. He/she will play a pivotal role in empowering our workforce with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

• Identify training needs across departments through performance analysis, consultations, and feedback.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to various job functions and skill levels.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.
• Collaborate with department heads to support individual development plans and succession planning.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
