Key responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to help customers fully utilise our products and services.
  • Supporting product upgrades and feature additions by educating customers on the benefits of new features.
  • To identify and develop specific training interventions to effectively address particular areas of confusion
  • Provide training to internal employees to ensure they are well-versed on our products and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer training needs and support retention initiatives.
  • Track and manage training interactions within the CRM, providing regular updates on training impact.
