JOB PURPOSE

Following our recent ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted inspection, LPW School was commended for our whole-organisation approach with pupils — an approach we believe is worth sharing widely.
This is an exciting new role that will support our Senior Leadership Team to refine and launch our LPW Inspire training offer, creating a sustainable new income stream for LPW. The post holder will help shape the offer, build our network, and create strong links with education settings, voluntary sector partners, and businesses.
You will be project managing the delivery of the training offer from launch onwards — coordinating logistics, engaging partners, and ensuring all stakeholders are supported and informed. You’ll also help promote the offer, maintain positive relationships, and make sure every partner’s experience is positive and professional, encouraging them to continue working with us.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

  • Identifying, cultivating, and maintaining strong relationships with education settings, voluntary sector partners, and businesses.
  • Managing and overseeing the partner network, ensuring excellent stewardship to maximise income generation and broader support for our work.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders, providing updates, responding to queries, and maintaining engagement.
  • Coordinating and delivering training, events, meetings, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote our training offer.
  • Tracking network development, analysing results, and producing regular reports for management.
  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, managing training materials, scheduling sessions, and providing on-the-day support.
  • Using technology (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communications tools) to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
  • Supporting promotion of the training offer, including working with our marketing team to share updates online and through partner channels.
