JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Onboarding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools for success. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for talent management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably focused on onboarding or talent management.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms is essential.
- Strong skills in training development and facilitation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with new hires.
- Experience with recruitment tools such as Lever or iCIMS is a plus.
- Ability to conduct research and implement findings into practical onboarding strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to create tailored onboarding plans for new hires.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Kronos and PeopleSoft to manage employee data and track onboarding progress.
- Conduct training development sessions to equip new employees with essential skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring all new hires understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Utilize tools like iCIMS for tracking applicants and managing the onboarding process efficiently.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct cold calling as necessary to follow up with candidates or gather feedback on the onboarding process.
- Perform research on best practices in onboarding to continuously improve the employee experience.
