Description Naples Soap Company is seeking a Training & Operations Specialist to drive consistency, performance, and growth across our retail locations. Travel Required. This role is responsible for developing and executing training programs while improving store operations, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience and sales performance. This is a hands-on role working closely with the District Manager, CEO, Store Managers, and retail teams. What You’ll Do Identify training needs and partner with leadership to develop effective programs Track training completion and measure effectiveness through performance and feedback Support Store Managers in executing training and operational improvements in conjuction with direction from DM Evaluate employee performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and consistency Develop retail teams in product knowledge, customer service, and sales execution Identify underperforming metrics and drive strategies to improve results Ensure stores maintain high standards in operations, appearance, and customer experience Work in-store as needed to support staffing and team development What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory role (retail experience required) Strong knowledge of retail operations, team development, and customer service Proven ability to train, coach, and develop high-performing teams Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Requirements Ability to travel throughout Florida to support store teams Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Required) Valid Florida Driver’s License Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off
