We are seeking a Training and Research Analyst who will play a key role in evaluating employee performance and driving the development of training programs to enhance workforce skills. The ideal candidate will blend analytical expertise with practical training strategies, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary tools to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to assess employee performance and training needs.
  • Design, implement, and analyze employee training programs to ensure efficiency and skill development.
  • Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to organizational needs.
  • Provide insights based on research and training outcomes to inform management decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training best practices and learning technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training program development, employee performance analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training and research findings.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
