Requirements Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Eager to learn and get hands-on experience with tools such as ASANA, Canva, or other workplace technologies. Exposure to creating or assisting with learning and leadership development programs, either through coursework, internships, or student organizations. Experience with graphic design, instructional design, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of visual communication and content creation. A strong interest in HR functions, employee training, or talent development. The ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized manner.
